Real Estate Landing Pages That Actually Convert

Most agent landing pages ask for everything and offer nothing. Reverse that and conversion doubles.

A landing page has one job: convert a visitor into a contact. Not showcase your brokerage, not list your awards, not link to nine other pages. One job.

One page, one offer

"Find your dream home, sell your house, and get a free market report" converts worse than any one of those alone. A visitor who has to choose usually chooses to leave. Build a separate page per offer and send matching traffic to each.

Cut the form down

Every field costs you leads. Name and email will do for a market report. Phone number is worth asking for only when the offer justifies it, like a home valuation or a showing request. Asking for budget, timeline, and preferred neighbourhood up front is how you get an empty CRM.

Speed is conversion

Most real estate traffic is mobile, often on cellular data from a car outside a listing. A page carrying a hero video and six tracking scripts loses a meaningful share of visitors before it renders. Compress images, and put the form above the fold.

Proof next to the ask

Testimonials at the bottom of the page are decoration. A single review, a sold count, or a recognizable board logo placed directly beside the submit button does measurable work.

Remove the escape routes

Full site navigation on a landing page invites people to wander off. Strip it to your logo. The only meaningful action should be the form.

Then actually follow up

A converted landing page is worthless if the lead sits for two days. Auto-respond immediately, and route the lead into a real follow-up sequence.
