Questions agents ask us

AgentsWise is a Canadian platform that gives real estate agents a professional website plus the tools that work the leads it produces — IDX listing search, contact capture, lead scoring, email and SMS follow-up, and AI writing help — all from one dashboard.

There is a free plan to build and preview your site with no credit card. Website Only is CAD $29/month for a polished site without IDX, and higher plans add listing search, CRM depth, and team features. You only pay when you launch.

Yes. Your site is live immediately on a agentswise.ca address, and you can connect your own custom domain any time from the dashboard — we give you the exact DNS records to copy, and verify them for you.

Yes. Every content field can hold both an English and a French version, the site shows the right one based on the visitor's language, and a one-click AI translation drafts the French from your English for you to review. It is native bilingual content, not a translate widget.

On the plans that include it, we connect an approved IDX or VOW feed from your real estate board (for example TRREB/PropTX, or CREA's national DDF) once your board's data agreement is signed. Your dashboard walks you through exactly what to do.

No. Lead capture, behavioural scoring, routing, tasks, and email + SMS drip follow-up are built in, so inquiries from your site get worked automatically without a second subscription.

You can publish a useful, branded site in your first session — pick a template, add your logo and content, and go live on your agentswise.ca address the same day. Custom domain and listing search can follow as approvals come in.

Yes. You can switch templates any time from the dashboard gallery without losing your content — your text, photos, and settings carry over to the new design.
