Best Real Estate Website Builders for Canadian Agents (2026)

Eight platforms, what each is genuinely best at, and the cases where we are not the right answer.

Every comparison of real estate website builders is written by someone selling one. This one is too — we make AgentsWise. So rather than ask you to trust a scorecard, this page describes what each platform is actually built for, including the cases where something else fits you better.

First, decide which of three things you are buying

Most disappointment in this category comes from buying the wrong category, not the wrong vendor.

A website — a branded site with MLS listings on it. Cheapest, fastest, and enough if you already have a CRM and a follow-up habit.

A website plus an operating layer — the site, plus the leads it captures, scoring, and automated follow-up in one subscription. Right for most solo agents and small teams.

A full lead-generation stack — website, CRM, dialers, ad spend management, sometimes purchased leads. Powerful, expensive, and wasted unless you have the volume and the discipline to work it.

The Canadian-first options

RealtyNinja has been building sites for Canadian agents for well over a decade, prices transparently at the low end, and knows the boards. If your requirement is genuinely a good-looking Canadian site at the lowest sensible cost and you already run your follow-up elsewhere, it is a strong, low-risk answer.

myRealPage is a long-established Canadian provider with deep board and listing-feed experience. Strong if listing presentation and feed reliability are your priority over marketing automation.

AgentsWise — ours — is a website plus the operating layer in one CAD subscription: lead capture, scoring, automated drip follow-up, a task centre, and a site in English and French, with a French version of every page. It suits solo agents and small teams who want one system rather than a site plus three subscriptions. If you only need a site, we are more than you need.

The US platforms that Canadian agents commonly consider

AgentFire sells a design-package-first motion: a setup fee plus a monthly plan, with real design flexibility. Choose it when you want a designed site and a setup service from the start, and you are comfortable paying setup cost up front.

Sierra Interactive is a serious IDX-plus-CRM stack with published, materially higher pricing. Genuinely better than us if you are a team that already needs deep lead routing and CRM maturity, and you have someone to run it.

Lofty is an all-in-one AI CRM, IDX, marketing and website platform sold through a sales process rather than a pricing page. Right for teams and brokerages buying a whole stack at once.

Luxury Presence leads on premium design and brand for luxury agents. If prestige presentation is the product you are buying, that is what they are best at.

Placester is oriented toward brokerage and office website operations — agent rosters, templates, scale. Better than an agent-first tool if you are equipping an office.

The Canadian questions to ask any vendor

Does it connect to your board directly, or only through CREA's DDF, and does that difference matter for the data you need? Is pricing in CAD, or will a US-dollar subscription drift with the exchange rate? Do you own the domain and can you leave with it? Does the contract charge per seat as your team grows? If you work in a bilingual market, can it publish a real French version of your site rather than a translate widget?

How to actually decide

Write down the three things you will do with the site in your first ninety days. If none of them is "run automated follow-up", buy the cheapest good website and spend the difference on photography. If follow-up is on the list, buying a site and bolting a CRM onto it later usually costs more than buying both together.

Compare AgentsWise directly against any of these on our comparison pages, or see pricing.
