Real estate websites, built for your board.
Canadian boards are not interchangeable. The display rules, the feed, and whether your clients expect French all change by market — which is exactly what a US platform cannot tell you.
Ontario
Toronto
TRREB
Condo and freehold inventory can behave like two different markets in the same year. Buyers arrive already knowing the building, so the agent who wins is the one whose site can answer a building-level question.
British Columbia
Vancouver
GVR
Presale and assignment activity sits alongside resale here in a way it does not in most of the country. The two need different pages, different disclosure care, and reach different buyers.
Quebec
Montreal
APCIQ
Montreal is a plex city. Duplexes and triplexes, often owner-occupied, are a category of their own, and buyers weigh rental income and leases as much as finishes. In the central neighbourhoods, divided co-ownership condos make up much of the rest.
Alberta
Calgary
CREB
Interprovincial migration has made this a market where out-of-province buyers research for months before they call. Content that explains Calgary to an Ontario buyer converts unusually well.
Ontario
Ottawa
OREB
A steadier market than Toronto, with public-sector employment smoothing the cycle, and a genuine English and French dimension across the river.
Alberta
Edmonton
RAE
More detached inventory at accessible prices than the other big markets, which changes buyer search behaviour: filters and map search matter more than curated collections.
Manitoba
Winnipeg
WINNIPEG REALTORS®
Detached homes are within reach for a large share of buyers here, and prices tend to move more gradually than in the largest markets. Buyers take their time, so the agent who keeps them subscribed to alerts for months is the one they call when they are ready.
Nova Scotia
Halifax
NSAR
Halifax has grown quickly, with many buyers relocating from other provinces, and they often weigh the peninsula against Dartmouth, Bedford and the suburbs in the same search. Explaining those trade-offs is most of the job.
Quebec
Gatineau
Centris
Many buyers work in Ottawa and compare Gatineau's prices, taxes and commute directly against Ottawa neighbourhoods. The cross-river comparison is most of the conversation.
Ontario
Mississauga
TRREB
This market competes with Toronto on price and with the rest of the 905 on space, so your site is often compared side by side with a downtown listing and a Milton one in the same session.

Quebec works differently: listings circulate through Centris rather than the board and DDF model used elsewhere, brokerage is regulated by the OACIQ, and your site must be available in French. The Montreal and Gatineau pages say what that means; confirm the listing-feed details with any vendor, including us, before you buy.
